HowNow Document and Workflow Management System has been purpose-built to help accounting firms and small businesses run a paperless office. HowNow allows you to easily manage the jobs flowing through your firm, knowing your staff are working from standardised templates and are filing their client documents and emails in an easily searchable and secure space.
HowNow allows you to do Google-type keyword searching for any electronic file within the firm, whether it is a template, procedure, client document, electronic workpaper, scanned correspondence, emails or accounting data files.
There are two versions of HowNow available;
- HowNow Accountants (purpose-built for Accounting Firms, including approx 1,000 template documents, procedures, electronic workpapers etc)
- HowNow Business (built for general business firms and includes approx 250 template documents, procedures, letter templates etc)
