HowNow Workflow Manager allows you to quickly and easily distribute and track work moving through the firm. With the ability to see the details of Jobs and the Tasks assigned to each team member, you can keep a close eye on their progress and ensure that work is being completed in an efficient and timely manner.

HowNow Workflow Manager adds on to the HowNow Document Management System as two additional tabs; Jobs and Tasks. When a new Job comes into the firm, you are able to schedule it through HowNow Workflow, assign the templated Tasks to your staff members, and watch the Job’s progress as client records are created and edited, and Tasks are completed.

You are given a simple view in each screen to see straight away the Jobs and Tasks assigned to each person (and it’s status), within the firm. HowNow holds information on each Job such as the time taken to complete, so you can create some very helpful reports giving you definitive figures pulled straight out of HowNow.
